Our inspection or survey reports reflect our findings at the time and place where inspections or surveys are held only. The issuance of the reports does not exonerate the owners and charterers from exercising all their rights and discharging all their liabilities under the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract. It is distinctly understood and agreed that this survey is made with the understanding that this surveyor will have no liability for any errors or omissions, whether due to negligence or otherwise in excess of the actual charge made for this survey.
